Uses of Pain Free PF-5
Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Carpal Tunnel, Back Aches and Muscle Aches
Just apply 4 to 6 sprays of Pain Free per application, Spray
affected area, massage into skin for thirty seconds. Then go about your normal activities.
Repeat as necessary. If you are suffering from chronic pain apply 6-8 sprays
per application using heat to the affected area and massage in for thirty
seconds apply Pain Free three times a day for the first two days, then after
the first two days using heat twice a day for the next ten days. Each day you
should notice a difference. Daily use for maintenance is acceptable to loosen
up and free muscles and joints from pain and stiffness.
Headaches, Sinuses, Sinus Headache, Hay Fever, Colds and
Head Congestion
Use 3-4 sprays of Pain Free on a cloth, tissue or cotton
ball rub on forehead and temples then spray 4-5 sprays on a cotton ball and
breathe in vapors deeply through the nose, exhaling through the mouth 10 times
or sixty seconds. The vapor may make your eyes water and cause you to cough.
This is a normal reaction and is momentary.
Asthma, Chest Congestion, Bronchitis, Laryngitis, and
Emphysema
Use 3-4 sprays of Pain Free on a cloth or tissue and breathe
in vapors through the mouth, exhaling through the nose for thirty seconds. For
children 6 years and older, inhale only once or twice.
Vaporizer
Add a few sprays of Pain Free to your vaporizer. This will
make breathing easier almost immediately and will often stop coughing. If you
do not have a vaporizer, sprinkle a few sprays of Pain Free on pajamas or on
the edge of your pillow.
Foot Bath for Sore Feet
Put one teaspoon of Pain Free into a tub of warm water and
soak for relief almost instantly. Soothe sore feet by applying a few drops of
Pain Free to a warm cloth and wrapping around feet.
Sores, Cuts and Abrasions
Apply Pain Free directly to the affected area. When
bandaged, apply directly over the bandage. Saturate the bandage with Pain Free.
It should cleanse the wound and stop the infection.
Burns
Immediately apply Pain Free to the burn and let the affected
area dry. Apply again as necessary. In most cases, Pain Free will prevent
blistering.
Cold Sores
Apply Pain Free directly to the affected area several times
during the day, as necessary. In most cases the oil will stop the cold sore
before it erupts through the skin!
Hot Tub
Sprinkle Pain Free in water and allow it to vaporize in the
hot tub. Your will find it invigorating and head clearing.

For Respiratory Problems
For problems such as asthma, allergies, sinusitis, or
bronchitis, you can rub Pain Free on the chest and under the nose to open
bronchial passageways and loosen congestion. Eucalyptus rejuvenates red blood
cell functioning, creating more oxygen for the lungs. You can also spray it on
your pillow at night to help keep airways open.
Air Purification
Air purification is very important for someone with chronic
or serious respiratory disorders. Spray Pain Free on a napkin and clip to any
fan or register or simply add to your humidifier. Pain Free will help inhibit
the spread of infection.
Fever Reduction
Apply Pain Free on chest and forehead, avoiding the eyes.
For young children, apply very little, as Pain Free may cause chills. (Not
recommended for children under 2 years of age)
Carpet Cleaner
A natural cleaner, freshener, disinfectant and deodorizer.
Pain Free removes gum, glue, stains, spot and tar from clothing and other
fabric items.
Insect Repellent
Pain Free repels flies and mosquitoes, as well as fleas and
ticks for your pets. Apply Pain Free to exposed areas of your skin before
heading outdoors. For your pet, you can spray between the shoulder blades and
on their bed.
Soaking in Bath
Use 2 tablespoons of Pain Free along with 2 tablespoons of
liquid dish soap in a tub of hot water to open sinus and bronchial passageways.
Soaking for at least 10 minutes will allow natural Pain Free to enter through
the pores, relaxing muscles and relieving aches and pains. It will also help soothe
your mental state and balance your emotions!
